I have many years of experience in all aspects of Real Estate, including buying, selling, construction, renovation and remodeling,… and all aspects of real estate financing including mortgages, trust deeds, construction loans, refinance, recast,…

Personally, I’ve always been a fan of puzzles and of magic. I find that Real Estate can be approached in much the same way. Every transaction includes a few minor surprises and obstacles. Solving these puzzles makes Real Estate fun! Working some magic to see the smiles on Closing Day is what it’s all about!
